Opana 100 Tablets Online
On Wednesday, Opana Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum filed a lawsuit against Endo Pharmaceuticals, accusing the firm of deceptively marketing the opioid Opana for more than a decade.
Endo allegedly misrepresented the hazards and benefits of Opana, which Rosenblum’s office described as an extended-release opioid similar to Purdue Pharma’s OxyContin, according to the state’s lawsuit. In 2017, the FDA requested that it be withdrawn from the market.
“The link between an opioid drug, opioid abuse, and opioid overdose is well established. Endo was, in essence, copying Purdue Pharma’s deceptive ‘playbook’ with similarly devastating results. But it is why we’re using them today,” said Attorney General Rosenblum. “oxymorphone tablets have been hit hard by the opioid epidemic. I am determined to make sure no stone is left unturned as we seek Justice for the countless Oregonians and their families who have been affected.”
The opana uses the department of Justice to investigate Endo in March 2016. Oregon launched a multi-state probe into the firm the following year. Rosenblum, who had issued a notice of intention to sue on October 4, decided to proceed with a lawsuit on behalf of Oregon alone. Buy Methamphetamine for sale.
As a result, opanas pill legal action compares Endo to the complaints against Purdue Pharma, claiming that Endo mimicked Purdue’s footsteps by aggressive marketing OxyContin after it was successful.
