Lophophora Fricii Seeds For Sale
Lophophora Fricii Seeds (also known as False Peyote) is a cactus in the Lophophora genus. It is high in Pellotine and Anhalonidine and low in Mescaline.
Seedlings grow most rapidly when retained in a sealed terrarium environment, germinated in surface sand trays covered with plastic wrap with several small pin-sized spots in the plastic wrap. It may seem strange for a cactus, but Lophophora seedlings are adapted to germinate and grow during the seasonal monsoons.
In cultivation, Lophophora williamsii varieties do best in a fast-draining, mineral-based soil with about two-thirds sand. Abundant water is helpful in the summer months when temperatures exceed 90°F (32°C) and is exposed to full sunlight for maximum growth. Still, it must be allowed to dry out completely between waterings. Buy Peyote Cactus for sale.
Today, “growing peyote cactus” is illegal to grow and possess as per the Controlled Substances Act of 1970. According to the government, peyote is a Schedule I drug, marking it as one of the most dangerous plants known to society.

Horrible. Box arrived a total mess. Cactus were tossed everywhere out of pots. All you could see was dirt. On top of that it’s plastic wrapped which held moisture in these high temperatures and several are soft. The variety is not as pictured. Just not worth it. Poor cactus. Don’t waste your $

These are the best seeds I’ve ever bought. Already after 4 days they are germinated. Tons of baby cacti. I will be buying again!

Overall, fantastic purchase — two weeks in and the seedlings are doing great!
The random seed packets comprised of three different phenotypes, which were separated to track their growth. I then sowed 200 seeds, keeping a good number (definitely more than 60!) as a reserve. Of the 200, I had 178 germinate successfully within a week — nearly 90%!
By Day 8 many had already begun the development of spines, and many of the one kind were over a ½” tall already.
10 of the 12 seeds that haven’t germinated were also a different phenotype. Since they were larger, thicker seeds, I haven’t lost hope, yet. Maybe they’ll still grow — time will tell!
Also to note, I’m in Wisconsin, it’s February, and the temperature outside is currently -6°. I am using grow lights heating pads, and a domed propagator to help mimic their natural environment.

All cactus arrived alive, healthy and fully rooted. However, they didn’t ship that well. Almost all of them were either upside down, out of the planter they came in, or both. It was hard trying to match the planter with the cactus, but I think I was able to figure it out. And is was also a pain trying to brush off all the dirt from each individual one!! I would order again though since it was such a good deal and they arrived very quickly!
